In 1990 - 1991:
- DMS became an affiliate business
partner for System Software Associates Inc. (SSA) of USA and DATATEX
the largest software providers for ERP solutions.
- DMS witnessed the signing of another agreement with SSA to arabize business planning and control system (BPCS), to
become the SSA Arabization center and to support the Arabic versions
worldwide.
In 1992:
- DMS started its exportation activities
by installing HMIS in KSA and Kuwait's MOH and Insurance system in
Sudan.
- DMS signed two agreements; one with Apparel, a
company undertaking ready-made garments, another with the National Computing Center (NCC) in the United Kingdom.
In 1993 - 1995:
- DMS was the leading Software House
in the region to introduce and adopt the Client/Server applications.
- DMS signed two agreements; one with Systems Union
offering financial and distribution Client/Server solutions; another
with Micro Focus which outsets DMS' contribution in COBOL programming and productivity tools world.
- DMS released its first specialized Clinical
Software.
In 1997:
- DMS signed the largest Arabization project
in the Middle East for Saudi Telecom Company.
- DMS established its branch in Saudi Arabia.
In 1998:

DMS signed installing the first Multi
Hospital reference - The Insurance Hospitals.
- DMS succeeded in signing two major contracts with Saudi Arabian Royal Commission and the A.O.C (Arab Oil Company)
- IBM appointed DMS as the responsible for managing and developing the Arabization of Integrated Customers Management System
(ICMS) applications for the Ministry of Post-Telegraph and Telephone
(PTT).
