In 1999:

DMS started
Client/Server development for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and
Banking Management Information Systems (BMIS).
- DMS and JCAHO [Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization] together with Al-Salam hospital (Kuwait)
signed an agreement to operate the hospital based on JC standards
for the first time in the Middle East.
- A partnership with IBM has been announced and IBM presented business partner award in recognition of DMS significant business
contribution.
In 2000 - 2001:

DMS established its second branch in
the Gulf Region that was in
Kuwait.
- DMS initiated Version 6 of DMS major products.
- DMS was one of the leading Software Houses in the
region to introduce the Web-enabled version and its enterprise
version of solutions.
- DMS established its third branch in Lebanon.
- Continued enhancing HMIS, developing new CMIS
specialties.
In 2002 - 2003:

DMS established its branch in Yemen.
- DMS prepared to achieve CMM and adopted Quality
Assurance of all DMS’ products.
In 2004:

DMS has been appraised for CMM Level 3.
- DMS
has been
selected as
one of
the effective
developers for HL-7 Organization.
In 2005-2006:
- DMS was the First Arab
and African company to be appraised for SEI-CMMI®, Staged
representation, Maturity level4, using SCAMPISM Class A, ver. 1.1.
