The IDMS system provides a customizable menu of favorite and commonly used functions to facilitate accessing frequently used functions. The favorite menu can include any frequently used Windows or Office applications such as Word, Excel, Calculator, Internet Explorer, etc. Moreover, the system has a standardized interface all over the modules.

• Bilinguality: IDMS is a bilingual system, which can be run in both English and Arabic, or any other two languages of your choice. Reports, help function, and error messages are also of a bilingual interface.

• Multi-User: IDMS is a multi-user system, as different users can access the same function at the same time, although their authority levels and access rights are categorically different.

• Full Integration: IDMS Modules are fully linked and integrated with each other, and data flows smoothly across their screens and fields. Moreover, IDMS Modules are integrated with Outlook Express; users can send or receive any report by email. IDMS is also integrated with Excel from and to which data can be imported or exported. The system is open and can be integrated with any other external application such as BPCS and Sun GL.
