The documentation and translation department takes the responsibility of covering all the functionalities and features available in the company's main packages through user manuals in both languages (English and Arabic). these manuals help explaining in details how to access and how to deal with the modules' functions to get the utmost benefit from its outputs.

It is worth to mention that the department releases the Demos and Training materials used by the implementers in training customers and end users how to use the systems.

It remains for the online help to support the users while using the systems.

Translation
The translation process is not the replacement of one word with another, but the formation of concepts in another language. Knowledge of the product being translated provides more understandable products to the end user.
